Disworks offers various opportunities for managers, P&O or HR staff to get to work internally on job creation from a business value-added perspective for the company.
Introduction Job Creation
In a two-hour workshop, participants learn about the Job Creation method and get a picture of the extent to which the method can create value within the organisation; business case.
Orientation day Job Creation
A two-day orientation on Function Creation in which the method is explained and the participants get a picture of what is needed and demanded from the organisation and from the supply side in order to apply Function Creation successfully.
Certification Function Creation
A training course using the function creation method organised by PTC werkstap lasting four half-days, a supervised homework assignment and a concluding half-day session during which participants learn the basic principles and receive support in applying the function creation method. Participants receive a certificate of participation on completion.

If the expertise is lacking within the own organisation, it may choose to be supported by an expert external project leader. Disworks has demonstrable expertise and is result-driven with regard to the implementation of Function Creation in the organisation.
