Who is Disworks

Disworks develops, implements and evaluates policies and practices aimed at increasing the employment of people with disabilities. Disworks believes that people with disabilities have a right to a full place in society and hence participation in the labour corresponding to their capabiliteit.

This is possible if both the world of employers and the world of service providers use their internal expertise in such a way that those job opportunities can be realized. This is why Disworks supports companies, organizations and instituties through research and advice in order to improve the policy and its implementation focused on the employment of people with a disability.

Disworks works with Employers: Employers are experts in strategy and growth, personnel planning and policy. Knowledge about where within their organization there are opportunities for people with disabilities often lacks them. Disworks looks at opportunities from the perspectief of the employer, and supports employers in seeking the best possible business-economic value creation.

Service Providers of people with disabilities are characterized by their expertise regarding the skills and guidance needs of the target group. Connecting to the needs of the employer, is a challenge for many of them. Disworks supports Service Providers in enhancing their expertise to create opportunities for their target groups of people with a disability from a business-value creation for the employer.
