Introduction Inclusive Job Design
In a two-hour workshop, participants learn about the Inclusive Job Design method and get a picture of the extent to which the method can create value within the organisation; business case.
Orientation day Inclusive Job Design
A two-day orientation on Inclusive Job Design in which the method is explained and the participants get a picture of what is needed and demanded from the organisation and from the supply side in order to apply Inclusive Job Design successfully.
Certification Inclusive Job Design
A training course using the Inclusive Job Design method organised by PTC werkstap lasting four half-days, a supervised homework assignment and a concluding half-day session during which participants learn the basic principles and receive support in applying the Inclusive Job Design method. Participants receive a certificate of participation on completion.
